Fispal Food Service and the entire Carpigiani team are pleased to present the most important event in the world dedicated to Italian artisan gelato: the Gelato Festival!

A European competition that recognizes the best Italian and foreign gelato masters from the flavors they create for the event. A festival that will take care of our tropical country bringing partnerships, joy, experience and culture. In 2019, all this will occur in three qualifying stages and a semifinal at the FISPAL fair.

With a carefully selected jury vote, six flavors will be chosen by Challenge, these will go to the semi-finals at the FISPAL Fair, from where two great gelato masters will compete, competing in the National Final in 2020, in the future to participate in the World Final in 2021!
