Two classrooms with different experiences and themes!

The Ice Cream School, in its third edition, will present new production techniques and practical demonstrations of trends in flavors covering different types and formats.

ROOM 1: Focused on the impulse ice cream category will have demonstrations of trends in flavors and shapes of various types of ice cream to bring new opportunities to industries. Subjects range from healthy, granulated, marbled, traditional ice creams, to frozen desserts.

ROOM 2: focused on the Italian Gelato theme presents content on production methods, recipes, health and decoration for gourmet gelateria, one of the categories that has presented a growth in consumption year after year, driven by the consumer who is increasingly demanding.
